Combined Filters VZero Root Sums The VZero Root Sums (VTZ-RS) is a so called "combined filter", a combination of two filters:
VZero (VTZ) is a different representation of the VTracs (VTX) concept with the difference that the digits start with 0 rather than 1. That simplifies the conversion drastically as the first five digits (0, 1, 2, 3 and 4) are the same in both number and VZero conversion. The Root Sums filter is a so called "math filter". Math filters are created through calculations. You get the root sum of a number by first adding up the digits within that number and then adding up the digits of each sum continuously until only one digit is left.
